Sessions are 30 minutes

These shorter sessions are designed for clients who have already done 6 or 12 sessions and have a good understanding of nutrition under their belt

These sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc. and will provide continued accountability, trouble shooting and an opportunity to ask questions that arise
