All workouts are 45-55 minutes, and are easy to follow with pictures for each exercise! They are high intensity interval circuit style workouts that can be done almost anywhere! All you need are light weights, and medium-heavy weights and a bench or a chair! Each workout is total-body and contains a mix of strength and cardio for optimal results!
